A) No - All condominiums at Hadley village are individually & privately owned.

Q) Does Hadley Village allow dogs?

A) No. Exceptions are made for recognized service dogs with conditions set for behavior and vaccination. See Dogs & Cats in documents below

Q) When was Hadley Village constructed?

A) Hadley Village was constructed 1969-1971, was originally an apartment complex and was converted to condominiums in February 1987

Q) What is included in the monthly condominium fee?

A) Master insurance, building and pool maintenance, water, landscaping & grounds keeping, snow & rubbish removal

Q) What type of units are there at Hadley Village?

A) Hadley Village is a mix of 60 one bedroom/one bath garden style units and120 townhouse units with 1 &1/2 baths and two bedrooms 40 of which         have a garage under. The Association owns a townhouse with garage for our office, storage and workshop Unit #129.

Q) Why do I sometimes see Hadley Village refered to as 540 Granby Road?

A) The town of South Hadley recognizes 540 Granby Road as a curb cut as we are a private road and they don't want to provide town services such       as plowing and paving. The Post Office, Police & Fire Dept's, the RMV and most everyone else recognizes us as Hadley Village Road however.

Q) Who is the management company for Hadley Village?

A) Hadley Village is self managed by a 5 member board of elected uncompensated trustees.
